Sizing
An undersized system runs flat out and never quite gets there.
Room size, ceiling height, glazing and which way the windows face all change the capacity you need. A Brisbane west-facing living room is a different problem to a south-facing bedroom.
We size it against the room rather than against the price list, and we will tell you if the unit you were considering is wrong for the space.

Replacements
The old one comes off the wall properly.
Refrigerant has to be recovered by someone licensed to do it, not vented. We degas, decommission and dispose of the old system as part of the changeover.
New dedicated circuits are usually part of the job too, since older installs often share a circuit they should not.
