You decide what counts as urgent.
Complete loss of power, circuits that keep tripping, arcing or unusual sounds, a burning smell, no hot water, or a smoke alarm that will not settle. Any of those are worth a call.
We do not narrowly define what qualifies as an emergency. If it is worrying you at eleven at night, that is reason enough.

We accept emergency electrical enquiries around the clock.
If something is arcing, smoking or smells like it is burning, switch it off at the switchboard if you can do so safely, and do not use the circuit until it has been looked at.
After-hours work is quoted differently to a standard booking, and we will be upfront about that on the phone before anyone is dispatched.
