Older Ipswich homes are where we still find rewireable fuses and, in the oldest of them, rubber-insulated cable that has spent decades in a hot roof space. Those houses need capacity and protection before they need anything else.
The Springfield and Ripley end is the opposite problem: sound wiring, sound boards, and a list of things the house was never fitted with — chargers, extra circuits, better lighting.
